Meghan Besore
A Florida native, Meghan relocated to St. Augustine from South Florida in 2014 with her husband. Her passion for interior design runs deep, inspired by a family legacy—her grandfather and father were both builders. After studying Interior Architecture at Florida State University, Meghan began her career in residential design in 2012. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to timeless beauty, Meghan founded Péarla Interiors to bring personalized and elegant designs to life.
When I’m not busy designing dream spaces, I love spending time exploring the beautiful First Coast with my husband and three children. You’ll often find me enjoying a leisurely walk down the isle of an antique store, discovering quaint local cafes, or indulging in a good craft project. These moments of relaxation and inspiration play a crucial role in fueling my creativity and passion for interior design.

What’s your favourite design trend right now?
I’m loving the resurgence of natural materials and textures—think rattan, linen, and reclaimed wood. They bring such a warm, organic feel to any space.
What’s your go-to coffee order?
A blonde vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso, gotta keep up with these kiddos!
If you weren’t an interior designer, what would you be?
I have never wanted to be anything else!
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Enjoying a good glass of cab while watching a movie with my husband after the kids have gone to bed/
What inspires you the most in your work?
I find great inspiration in my surroundings, particularly through antiques. I have a deep appreciation for the charm of past generations and love blending these timeless pieces with modern elements to create a unique and fresh style.
